Poder KY respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Poder KY mobile application collects, uses, and shares information when you listen to our live radio stream, receive push notifications, or use other features of the app.

Information We Collect

The Poder KY app does not require users to create an account and does not directly request names, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, or passwords.

However, the app and its service providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary to operate the service, including:

  • IP address
  • Push-notification subscription token
  • Notification permission status
  • First and most recent app session

The OneSignal SDK may process device information, push tokens, session information, IP address, device model, app version, language, time zone and notification status to provide push notifications and related functionality.

Push Notifications

The app uses OneSignal, Apple Push Notification Service and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications.

OneSignal may process a device subscription identifier, push token and technical usage information for notification delivery. OneSignal recommends disclosing its use as a third-party notification provider.

Live Audio Streaming

When you listen to the live radio stream, the streaming provider may receive standard internet connection information, such as your IP address, device type, connection time and technical request information.

This information is used to deliver the audio stream, maintain service reliability and prevent misuse.

Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services:

  • OneSignal for push notifications
  • Apple Push Notification Service for notifications on Apple devices
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications on Android devices
  • Our radio-streaming and website-hosting providers

Apple requires app privacy disclosures to include the practices of third-party SDKs integrated into the app.

OneSignal states that most SDK information may remain until the related OneSignal app or subscription data is deleted. Notification records sent through its API are generally removed after a limited period, while dashboard records may be retained until manually deleted.

Children’s Privacy

Poder KY is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account or request personal information directly from users.

Parents or guardians who believe that information relating to a child has been collected may contact us to request its deletion.

The app may contain links to websites or social-media services that are operated independently. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Poder KY is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external services.

Security
